Shipping policy
At PetShielded, we strive to provide efficient and timely shipping for all orders. Our goal is to ship out your order within 36 hours of being placed, ensuring that you receive your products as quickly as possible.
When placing an order, please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to an incorrect or inaccurate shipping address provided during the checkout process. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully review the shipping details in the Order Confirmation email and notify us immediately at contact@PetShielded.co.uk if any corrections are needed.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. We recommend checking your Spam or Junk folder for our email updates, as sometimes they may end up there. If you are using Gmail, please also check your Promotions tab.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team at contact@PetShielded.co.uk . We will investigate the issue and provide you with the necessary assistance to track down your package.
