At PetShielded, we strive to provide the highest quality pet products to our customers. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we want to make that process as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to review our refund policy below.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the item. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a return, refund, or exchange.

In order for a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was sent to you

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have a damaged box, stains, folded cards, or broken seals/plastic foiling.
